Had really enjoyable stay for the price and the weather was beautiful. They gave us a budget double room with the same paintings. The location was easy and nice and close to places we visited...

Pet-friendly hotel in a calm area of Avon. Beautiful little, brand-new rooms with the sofa bed. Easy and exceptionally nice location, walking distance to everywhere.

Had a blast with friends at our two-bedroom suite. Super close to the beach, perfect for chilling and fishing trips. Rooms were clean, well equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A solid spot if you want a good time without breaking the bank!

We did have a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the cold water in the shower, which took us a while, but it was just some user error. Not a big deal!

But let's be honest. The beds weren't exactly hugging me goodnight, and I could hear my neighbor's dog more than I wanted. Good luck with the decor. It's stuck in an 'interesting' time warp!

The location is prime. Just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient for quick trips. The room turned out to be clean and spacious with comfy beds. The kitchenette came in handy for making quick meals and snacks, fully stocked and well-equipped. Staff members greeted me warmly and offered assistance whenever needed, always friendly. On the downside, the parking was a bit of a hassle. I had to park a good distance from my unit, tough with a walker. The bathroom felt cramped and could use some remodeling. The outdoor area could be tidied up a bit too, as I noticed some debris nearby.

The food scene around Avon is great! Uglie Mugs Coffee House is awesome for a cozy caffeine fix, and Oceana's Bistro served up some scrumptious seafood. The motel had a fab location too, just a hop to the beach and friendly staff who really knew their stuff.

But, the room left a bit to be desired. It needed a serious deep clean-stained linens and even a cockroach sighting. Plus, we had to dim the lights with a towel because they shone all night. Not ideal for catching z's!
